LONDON: The Pakistan Army team has achieved a remarkable victory at the International Peace Staking Competition 2026 held in the United Kingdom, securing the overall championship along with all major individual honours, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

According to the military’s media wing, the Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul team represented Pakistan in the annual competition hosted at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, UK, where it delivered an outstanding performance against top international military teams.

The Pakistani contingent achieved a clean sweep, winning the overall team trophy, as well as securing individual awards for Best Peace Staker and Best Driver, highlighting exceptional operational skill and coordination.

The nine-member Pakistani delegation was led by Adjutant PMA Major Haider Gulzar, and arrived in the United Kingdom on June 5, 2026, where it actively participated in training sessions and competition preparations ahead of the event.

A total of 16 international military teams participated in the highly competitive annual contest, making Pakistan’s dominant performance a significant achievement on the global stage.

ISPR stated that the success reflects the Pakistan Army’s high-level professional training, discipline, operational excellence, and strong teamwork, which enabled the team to outperform its international counterparts and secure top honours.
