Olivia Rodrigo recently debuted her song, less, during a live performance and along with her fans, she could not hold back tears as the song reached its emotional crescendo.
The 23-year-old pop superstar performed her song at her New York underplay show and the videos from the song went viral overnight.
The Grammy winner also performed her songs maggots for brains, and purple, which were greatly appreciated by the crowd.
Many fans shared clips of Rodrigo crying while singing less and offered their consolations.
Fans flocked to the comments and wrote, “i literally can’t handle it,” and “OH SHUT UP SHUT UP.”
A third chimed in, “damn what did they do to my girl i’m not doing well,” and “i get you, girl, I’m crying too listening to this..,” wrote another.
While one penned, “guys I really need to give this woman a hug ffs.”
The recent show was one of the first for her recent album you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love, and similar emotional reactions are expected as Rodrigo gets on the stage for tour in September.
