Taylor Swift has now earned her name as one of the best performers in the entertainment industry, but her ambitions were sky high even when she was an aspiring artist.
The 36-year-old pop superstar had a crystal clear vision for shows like the Eras Tour even as a small artist, and once told as much to Max Greenfield.
During a recent interview, Greenfield told the interviewer Jake Shane that he asked Swift on the set of New Girl if she’d prefer to perform for an intimate audience or a big arena, and she responded, “If you could fill an ocean of people, I’d perform for that.”
Shane and Greenfield were both in awe of the Grammy winner as they commended her talent, and noted that she did just that with the history-making two-year long tour.
The Anti-Hero hitmaker performed for an audience of over 10 billion during the 149 dates tour, and generated a revenue of over $2 billion.
Swifties flocked to the comments to celebrate, and wrote, “she needs a venue bigger than a stadium,” as well as “and she did!! [clapping emojis].”
