The Punjab government has started free Wi-Fi in girls’ colleges across the province on the instructions of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif. The Punjab Safe Cities Authority has launched this service to make it easier for students to access online learning tools.

Officials say the facility will help students reach study material more easily, assist them in doing online research, and improve their overall learning experience. They consider this step an important move toward encouraging modern and digital education in Punjab.

Students and teachers have appreciated the availability of free Wi-Fi, calling it a very useful service that will make studying more convenient and effective.

Many students thanked Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and the Safe Cities Authority, saying this initiative shows the government’s dedication to supporting education for girls.
