Prince Harry urged to rethink his choices after explosive interview

Prince Harry’s explosive interview has only deepened the rift with his brother Prince William and father King Charles, despite his desire to reconcile.

The Duke of Sussex sat for an interview with BBC where he claimed that he “would love reconciliation” with his father.

He also admitted that while some members of the royal family will “never forgive” him for the book, Spare, he doesn’t want to “fight anymore” given King Charles’ health struggle.

However, insiders told Mirror that “The Duke’s latest decision to speak publicly about his family and the situation he finds himself in will only result in him being further than ever from the reconciliation he now says he wants.”

“At its very heart, for the family there is a major trust issue when even thinking about speaking to him.”

“There is certainly no incentive to do so when he is so free to openly criticise and only ever present one view, being his,” the source added.

Another source went on to add that Prince Harry should “consider a different path from the one taken” if he truly wants to reconcile with the royal family.

They added that although King Charles is “a good man” and “forgiveness is central to that,” no one can forget the past especially “when they are repeated so often?”

“The whole episode is as exhausting as it is sad,” the source stated.
