According to court filings, the former employee, Lorrayne Mavromatis, who worked at the company from August 2022 to November 2025 in roles including Head of Instagram and senior creative positions, claims she was employed in an environment where harassment of female employees was normalised and complaints were not properly addressed.

In her complaint, she alleges that female employees were subjected to inappropriate behaviour that was either tolerated or enabled by supervisors. She further claims that when concerns were raised with the HR department, they were dismissed as “unsubstantiated,” and no meaningful action was taken.

The lawsuit also includes serious accusations against senior leadership. She alleges that a former CEO made inappropriate remarks about her appearance and suggested she was treated differently due to her looks.

She further claims she was required to attend private one-on-one meetings at an executive’s residence, where inappropriate comments were allegedly made, and that complaints regarding a client’s unwanted advances were dismissed.

She also alleges that after raising concerns about workplace conditions and returning from maternity leave, she was demoted to a less significant role and later terminated within a short period, which she believes was linked to her complaints and protected leave.

The former executive claims she suffered emotional distress, humiliation, and psychological harm, and is seeking compensation including lost wages, benefits, reinstatement, and damages.

The company has strongly denied all allegations, calling them “categorically false” and describing the lawsuit as a “clout-chasing complaint.” It maintains that the claims are false and supported by internal communications, documents, and witness testimony, insisting that her termination was part of a broader restructuring process rather than related to performance or complaints.

The company further stated that several roles were eliminated during organisational changes in 2025, affecting both male and female employees, and that proper legal leave policies were in place and acknowledged by staff.

The legal dispute adds to earlier controversies surrounding the company’s operations, including separate lawsuits from participants in a reality-based production who alleged unfair treatment, lack of compensation, limited breaks, and exploitative working conditions during filming, with some claims also referencing harassment concerns.
