    Milk after exercise may boost bone strength in old age

    Consuming milk after exercise may help improve bone health, particularly as people age. Researchers suggest that the combination of physical activity and milk intake can enhance bone density and reduce the risk of fractures later in life.

    Exercise, especially weight-bearing activities like walking, jogging, or resistance training, stimulates bone formation. Meanwhile, milk provides essential nutrients such as calcium, vitamin D, and protein, which are vital for maintaining strong bones.
