KARACHI: Hyderabad Kingsmen continued their winning streak in the Pakistan Super League Season 11, cruising to a comfortable five-wicket victory over Rawalpindiz.

After winning the toss, Hyderabad Kingsmen opted to field first, inviting Rawalpindiz to bat.

The Rawalpindiz side struggled to build momentum and managed 121 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in their allotted 20 overs. Sam Billings top-scored with 26 runs, while Yasir Khan contributed 24.

For Hyderabad Kingsmen, Mohammad Ali and Hunain Shah delivered impressive bowling performances, claiming three wickets each to restrict the opposition to a modest total.

In response, Hyderabad Kingsmen comfortably chased down the 122-run target in the 17th over, losing five wickets along the way.

Irfan Khan Niazi remained unbeaten on 34, while Captain Marnus Labuschagne and Kusal Perera scored 32 runs each.

With this win, Hyderabad Kingsmen climbed into the top four with six points, strengthening their position in the tournament standings.

Meanwhile, Rawalpindiz’ poor run continued as they suffered their sixth consecutive defeat and remain winless in the competition so far.
