Kelsey Parker, a television personality, recently got candid and shared her true feelings regarding Christmas after the death of her husband, Tom Parker.
Kelsey, the widow of the late singer of The Wanted band, shared that she didn’t like Christmas on the latest episode of Georgie Jones’ podcast, Mum’s The Word.
Articulating her feelings, she said, “I hate Christmas. I feel like I’ve just hated it since Tom died. I think it’s just the buzz.”
Taking into account Kelsey’s new boyfriend, Will Lindsay, the host went on to comment by saying, “Maybe Will can change this for you.”
The 34-year-old star replied, “’I love it for the kids, but I just think it’s just so overrated. You’re on the treadmill the lead up is great but then.. Bah Humbug!”
When Georgie inquired about her plans for this year, as she wanted to know if Kelsey would be spending Christmas with her new boyfriend, to which she responded, “We’ve actually not spoken about Christmas.”
She added, “He’s the most laid-back person; he might as well be horizontal. He is super close with his family, so that’s so lovely.”
It is pertinent to mention that Tom Parker succumbed to brain cancer (glioblastoma) at the age of 33 on March 30, 2022.
The late singer shares two children with Kelsey, namely a 5-year-old Amelia and a 3-year-old Bodhi.
