Hollywood star Christina Applegate bares her soul in a revealing memoir, confessing that the instant she stepped down the aisle, she knew her marriage to Johnathon Schaech was destined to fail.
The 54-year-old actress, reflecting on her first marriage in her book You with the Sad Eyes, candidly described the wedding day as a moment of painful clarity.
Despite the ceremony being “perfect” in every imaginable detail, Applegate revealed that she immediately sensed Johnathon “was not the man” for her.
Describing the nuptials as “a master class in anal perfectionism,” Applegate noted the meticulously orchestrated ceremony left no room for spontaneity.
