    Apple introduces new subscription model

Apple Inc. has introduced a new subscription system for developers offering auto-renewable services, which may help users save money over time. The update brings a monthly payment option that requires a 12-month commitment.

This model allows developers to offer lower prices while ensuring steady long-term income. It is similar to many existing apps and services where yearly plans are cheaper than paying month by month.

Apple said users will be able to see their subscription details in their account, including how many payments they have made and how many are left. The App Store will also send email alerts and optional push notifications before renewal dates.

However, users who miss cancellation deadlines could continue paying, although Apple says subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.
The feature may not be immediately available in the United States. Reports from TechCrunch say Apple is still facing a legal case with Epic Games over App Store fees and subscription rules.

This legal dispute could go to the Supreme Court of the United States if it is accepted. Apple’s current 27% commission system has already been rejected in court, but the final decision is still pending. Because of this, Apple appears to be waiting before fully launching the new subscription option.
