Abu Dhabi District: 36 thousand civilian marriages since 2021

The Judicial Department in Abu Dhabi has registered 36,000 civil marriage requests before the Civil Family Court for foreigners since the entry into force of the Civil Marriage Law and its effects No. 14 of 2021 in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, with an average of 70 civil marriage requests per day, equivalent to about 12 new requests every hour.
