Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are officially not together.
As per a recent report by Just Jared, the former couple’s representatives confirmed their split.
In the statement the spokespersons revealed that the tensions between the couple had been going on for a couple of months before the split news broke and Katy and Orlando were navigating their interest just to focus on co-parenting their daughter Daisy they welcomed in 2020.
“Due to the abundance of recent interest and conversation surrounding Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry’s relationship, representatives have confirmed that Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on co-parenting,” the statement reads.
“They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is — and always will be — raising their daughter with love, stability and mutual respect,” they continued.
It is pertinent to mention that multiple outlets reported the 40-year-old pop star and Orlando broke off their engagement and parted ways after almost a decade of relationship.
For those unversed Katy and Bloom first began dating in 2016 and got engaged in 2019.
