The Dubai Prosecution reviews its role in issues and tolerance initiatives

Counselor Dr. Muhammad Hussein bin Ali, the first public attorney at the Public Prosecution in Dubai, stressed that the original role of the Public Prosecution is to move the criminal lawsuit and its initiative from its inception until the end of it, according to what was organized by the law, indicating that the Public Prosecution has another important role in the civil side, a role that may be absent from the minds of some because the prosecution is often linked to the criminal part.
