The Ajman government issued a decision prohibiting the parking vehicles for the transportation of petroleum products in other than the places designated for them inside the emirate. The decision stipulated that the Supreme Energy Committee in Ajman be assigned to control and prove violations through the competent judicial seizure officers, and the application of administrative penalties against violators. The fines start from 5 thousand dirhams on the owner of the violation vehicle, to 10 thousand dirhams in the event of repetition, while in the third violation it reaches 20 thousand dirhams with the reservation of the vehicle and its sale by public auction, in coordination with the municipal department and planning. The decision was approved by the Supreme Energy Committee, to impose additional penalties for the violating licensed installations, reaching or canceling a circulation permit
