Taylor Swift seems to be planning a grand surprise for fans on the 20th anniversary of the beginning of her career, with the release of her Debut album.
The 36-year-old pop superstar experienced a leak of her alleged re-recordings of the album, as the cover and tracklist were revealed on social media.
Although the posts were taken down quite promptly, some websites also displayed listings of CD variants for her upcoming rerelease.
A German website, Müller Germany, showed two variants of 20th Anniversary Version albums, Wishing Star and My Favorite Song.
Swifties noted that Wishing Star comes from the song, Teardrops on my Guitar, which goes, “The only thing that keeps me wishing on a wishing star.”
While My Favorite Song comes from Tim McGraw, which goes, “When you think Tim McGraw / I hope you think my favorite song.”
Excited fans flocked to social media when the news of the variants appeared, and shared their excitement.
One fan wrote, “i cant wait to know what she has planned,” while another added, “im counting down DAYS.”
A third chimed in to add, “taylornation working extra hard this week.”
