The meeting, which was held at the office of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure in Dubai, was attended by Mattar Mohammed Al Tayer, Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai, and Engineer Hassan Mohammed Juma Al Mansouri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure.
