The suspects, Ali Imran, Waseem Ejaz, Roman Imran and Waheed, are accused of murdering a man within the jurisdiction of Chauntra police station.During the hearing, Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan observed that there was no allegation that the suspects had misused their bail.

The court noted that a private complaint was also being heard alongside the main case.

The complainant's counsel requested that the petitions be disposed of as withdrawn.
