RM, Jimin, Jin, Jungkook, J Hope, Suga and V revealed their personal favourite music videos from BTS’ impressive catalog.
During a playful segment of responding directly to their fans’ questions online, the iconic K-pop all boy band went undercover to read and react to discussions circulating about them on the internet.
While browsing through queries on YouTube, the septet eyed one fan’s curious question, “I wonder what music videos of theirs are their favorites?”
After everyone revisited the group’s work together in their minds, Jimin was the first to jump in, breaking silence with his pick ON.
“I think ON is the coolest. And I also like the Not Today music video,” he said.
The BTS leader revealed that his pick was RUN, while Jungkook agreed with Jimin and chose ON as his favourite.
V, meanwhile, opted for the dreamy visuals of Butterfly.
J-Hope then chimed in with another thought. “What about Dynamite or Butter?” he asked, referring to two of the group’s global hits.
“They’re good,” RM responded, while Jungkook added, “I think they could have been better.”
Curious about their impact, J-Hope proudly pointed out, “Doesn’t it have the most views?” prompting the members to wonder just how many views Dynamite had racked up.
Suga initially guessed around 1.2 or 1.3 billion, but Hobi soon revealed the real number, their global smash hit has now surpassed 2 billion views on YouTube.
Released in 2020, Dynamite is a vibrant disco-pop track that marked BTS’ first fully English-language single.
The song was intended to bring joy and hope during the COVID-19 pandemic and went on to become one of the group’s biggest hits.
It also earned BTS their first Billboard Hot 100 No. 1, broke numerous records, and generated more than 1.7 trillion won for the Korean economy.
