Nicole Kidman’s latest public appearance with rumoured boyfriend Michael Reinstein is doing exactly what Hollywood loves most–starting a debate.
The Oscar winner was recently photographed stepping into Reinstein’s Ferrari after arriving in Los Angeles, only weeks after the pair were seen spending time together in Portofino.
Now, industry insiders are questioning whether the moment was simply good timing–or a carefully crafted debut.
“Nicole has spent decades proving she knows exactly when she wants to be seen and when she doesn’t,” one longtime Hollywood insider told Rob Shutter.
“When pictures like these surface, people in the business immediately wonder whether they’re part of the message.”
Some sources even speculate the photos may have carried a personal message for ex-husband Keith Urban.
“Keith Urban was always going to see those photos,” another insider claimed.
“Nicole is still deeply hurt by everything that happened. Friends say she’s moving on, but that doesn’t mean the pain has disappeared. If Keith saw her looking happy, glamorous, and being treated well, nobody around her thinks that’s the worst thing in the world.”
Another source added, “She hopes he feels a little sting. Not because she wants him back, but because she wants him to understand exactly what he lost. After everything she’s been through, she believes he’s earned that feeling.”
Not everyone is buying the theory, with some noting that celebrity couples are frequently photographed without planning it. Still, the polished nature of the images has fueled plenty of chatter.
