Mohammed bin Rashid: A year ago, we honored Omar Yaghi among the geniuses of the Arabs… and today we congratulate him on winning the “Nobel Prize in Chemistry.”

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, said, “A year ago, we honored Professor Omar Yaghi as part of the Arab Geniuses Award in the Natural Sciences category… and today we congratulate him on winning the Nobel Prize for Chemistry.” His Highness added, “We congratulate Professor Omar…and before that, we congratulate the Arab world for these minds that we are proud of.” His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum said, “The Arab nation is full of geniuses… and rich in minds… and our message is to restore confidence in ourselves… confidence in our youth… and confidence in our scholars.” He added, “This is our message in the Arab Geniuses Award and in all our humanitarian, cultural and knowledge projects.”
