Khloe Kardashian made her ex Tristan Thompson’s brother Amari feel loved on a special occasion.
On Monday, July 27, the Kardashians star celebrated his 20th birthday with a sweet tribute posted on her Instagram.
She began the caption of her social media post, writing, “Happy Birthday sweet Amari [red heart emoji].”
“Some people change the world with their words. You change it simply by being you,” the Khloé in Wonder Land podcast host penned. “Your heart, your spirit, and your light say everything that words never could.”
“You are one of God’s gentlest reminders of what truly matters. Everyone who knows you is better because of you,” she continued. “Thank you for reminding us every single day how we should be so completely grateful for the smallest of things and what unconditional love, joy, grace, resilience, and gratitude truly look like.”
“We love you more than you’ll ever know. Happy 20th Birthday, our sweet angel,” the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum concluded with a sparkling emoji.
Her mother Kris Jenner, 70, also showered Amari with love on his special day through her own Instagram post.
Although the Canadian–American former professional basketball player and Khloe, 42, are no longer dating, she shared in a July 2025 episode of her podcast that she is Amari’s primary caregiver amid Thompson’s busy NBA schedule.
Before Amari turned 18 in 2024, the Cleveland Cavaliers center and power forward was granted legal guardianship over his brother after their mother Andrea’s 2023 death.
For the unversed, Amari, who Thompson filed for a limited conservatorship over in April, lives with a severe form of epilepsy called Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS), uses a wheelchair and requires around-the-clock support.
