Mega popular K-pop group Ateez sat down for an interview with People where they revealed their best fashion moments as well as their favourite tour memories.
The group had had a jam-packed year as they wrapped up their U.S. tour and the release of their mini album Golden Hour Pt.2 along with the viral music video Ice On My Teeth.
Discussing their new gangster concept, group member Yunho stated, “I’m really excited to show a concept with the new ‘Yunho’ and share an even wider range of looks and vocal tones.”
Debating which member had the best accessories in the music video, Yeosang added, “I thought Seonghwa’s wide-brimmed hat was really unique and suited him well. It also matched the vibe of “Ice On My Teeth” perfectly, and it made me think I’d love to try wearing that hat someday.”
Reflecting on their first tour, Mingi mused, “Our first world tour was actually in the U.S., and carries so many memories. Whenever we go there, I can’t help but think back to where we started and it always reminds me to stay humble.”
For his favourite tour memory, San picked the show that almost couldn’t happen. “I’d probably pick the performance at Citi Field as one of my favorite memories from this tour. The conditions weren’t ideal, but we made it through thanks to everyone’s love and support, so it left a big impression on me.”
The group shared their excitement for the upcoming European leg of their tour and admitted that they’re nervous to see their fans in Europe after such a big gap.
