Jeremy Renner shared an insight into one of his treatments that is helping him to recover fast after his near-fatal accident two years ago.
The Mayor of Kingstown star took to his Instagram account and posted a rare peek into his oxygen therapy that boosted his recovery.
After the incident that left the actor with 38 broken bones, Jeremy called the treatment an essential part of his recovery.
“Taking care of business; this office of mine has been such a blessing and absolute champion for wellness,” he wrote in the caption alongside his selfie featuring a hyperbaric chamber.
“Hyperbaric at 2 atmos has been a staple in my life for 20 months now. 02 is essential for our life and our longevity….,” he explained.
The Hawkeye actor concluded his caption by writing, “Pull up a chair, and let’s discuss all things good in life today !!! #MyNextBreath.”
As per Johns Hopkins Medicine’s website, “Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) is a type of treatment used to speed up healing of carbon monoxide poisoning, gangrene, and wounds that won’t heal.”
