“Islamic Affairs” receives 21 million from “Dubai Islamic”

The General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat received financial support of 21 million dirhams from Dubai Islamic Bank in favor of Zakat projects implemented by the authority, within the framework of institutional partnership and integration in community service, as a federal body specialized in zakat in the United Arab Emirates. Dr. Omar Habtoor, the head of the authority, valued this initiative from Dubai Islamic Bank, which reflects the spirit of cooperation and integration between the two sides in the distribution of Zakat funds through reliable channels and legitimate and administratively framed, indicating that the authority has a database of those eligible at the state level and is subject to periodic modernization, and is managed within an integrated digital system, ensuring that zakat is arriving
