Hocus Pocus alum Vinessa Shaw and estranged husband Kristopher Gifford are calling it quits after nearly ten years.
Gifford filed for divorce on Thursday, listing the date of separation as October 24, 2023.
Gifford, who also shares seven-year-old son Jake with the actress, cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, per TMZ.
The father of one has requested joint legal and physical custody of their child and has not requested spousal support.
The former couple, who married in 2017, started dating in 2007 before getting engaged a year later in 2008.
The Cruel Intentions actress last appeared in her husband’s Instagram photos in July 2023, shortly before their date of separation.
