“Dubai Establishment” launches the first integrated training bag for “Samar” employees

Dubai: ‘The Gulf’ The General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai launched the first integrated training bag dedicated to the employees of the commanders, in the context of its strategic efforts to unify knowledge and enhance the efficiency of service provision, in line with its vision in consolidating a professional work environment that supports institutional and pre -emptive excellence in serving dealers. In less than two months, the work teams managed to train 80% of the employees appointed in the commanders of the command, within a comprehensive program that takes into account the procedural, behavioral and legal aspects, and constitutes a unified reference that contributes to the transfer of institutional knowledge and enhancing the efficiency of service provision.
