Discuss mergers and empowerment of persons with mental disabilities

The World Conference, “We Humanity”, discussed 2025, the issues of societal integration and the empowerment of persons with intellectual disabilities, stressing the need to shift from the patterns of institutional accommodation to independent living in society.
