Cruz Beckham may not have mentioned Brooklyn by name, but his latest family post has fans wondering if the Beckham brothers’ feud just got another subtle chapter.
The 21-year-old musician shared a cosy family snap after performing at Leeds Festival, posing with David and Victoria Beckham, Romeo, Harper, girlfriend Jackie and Romeo’s girlfriend Kim Turnbull.
Cruz captioned the photo with a heart emoji and used his post to praise the people closest to him — including Jackie, whom he credited for helping keep his music career on track.
“I am so grateful for everyone around me, not only are they my best friends but they are family, this journey has been so incredible and i have learned so much because of these people.”
He added: “Last but definitely not least Jackie, you honestly have no idea how lucky we are to have you, not only do you take care of me but this whole operation, from creative to strategy to mgmt. We are a team and would not be doing this without you. i really love you so much.”
The timing immediately raised eyebrows given Brooklyn’s ongoing estrangement from his family.
Brooklyn, 27, previously accused his parents of trying to damage his relationship with Nicola Peltz and claimed they had manipulated the family’s public image.
“My parents have been trying endlessly to ruin my relationship since before my wedding, and it hasn’t stopped,” he said.
He also recalled feeling humiliated during his wedding, saying: “I’ve never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life.”
Brooklyn and Nicola later renewed their vows without the Beckham family reportedly present.
Now Cruz’s very public celebration of family has fans asking one question: was that heart emoji really just a heart emoji?
