Christina Hall is focusing on wellness after divorce from Josh Hall earlier this year.
Taking to Instagram Stories, Christina shared her selfie and announced her return to Pilates.
Now going by her maiden name, Christina Haack wrote wrote in the caption, “Dear Pilates Sorry for leaving you on read for 3 months.”
“Let’s hope today is the start of a lasting relationship,” she added as quoted by Hello! magazine.
It is worth mentioning that the Flip Off host recently shared the reason behind her divorce from Josh.
During a sneak peek of the HGTV show, Christina disclosed that her decision was influenced by her children, Taylor, 14, Brayden, 8, and Hudson, 4.
“The kids literally asked me to leave. They told me he’s not nice to me. Why would I stick around?” Christina shared that following her argument with Josh, where kids saw him throwing “middle fingers in my face” they “literally asked me to leave. Why would I stick around?”
She filed for divorce in July 2024, which led her to hire high-profile attorney Laura Wasser.
