Princess Charlotte’s 10th birthday bash must have left her parents, Kate Middleton and Prince William, with bittersweet memories.
According to a royal expert, the Prince and Princess of Wales must have undoubtedly celebrated their daughter’s milestone.
Speaking with The Expert, royal expert Phil Dampier suggested a little before Charlotte’s birthday that the couple will feel emotional about how quickly time is passing.
On her special day, the expert shared that after Kate’s and King Charles’ cancer diagnosis, Charlotte’s birthday would bring a mix of joy and emotion.
“Like all parents, William and Catherine will delight in Charlotte growing into a teenager and fine young woman, but that is always tinged with a feeling that time flies by and she won’t be a child for much longer,” he said.
“They are bound to feel emotional after the roller coaster they have been on because of Kate’s health, and that of the King, but the feeling will be one of joy and celebration.”
