Cardi B has heard the internet’s latest theory about her body – and she’s making it clear everyone is late to the conversation.
During a candid Instagram live, the Grammy winner responded to fans insisting she should reduce her butt, revealing she’d already done exactly that.
“A lot of y’all keep telling me to go get my ass reduced,” Cardi said. “I don’t need to go get my ass reduced, news flash, I did get my ass reduced.”
The rapper explained the process is not as simple as fans believe.
“I can’t just go and lipo my butt because my skin is like kinda loose,” she said, adding, “that’s why my ass shakes so much.”
Cardi also dismissed the idea of undergoing another major procedure anytime soon.
“So if I just go and get a lipo reduction, that is the easy way, my ass could drop,” she explained. “So I would have to cut myself. And I’m not cutting myself. I’m not sitting down for four months. I’m outside… I like my body how it looks right now. I’m comfortable in my skin.”
Emphasising her trademark honesty, Cardi reminded fans she’s never hidden her cosmetic work.
“I’m very, very honest. First of all, I got two lipos and one ass reduction.”
She also credited healthy eating for her current look before firing back at critics.
“That’s what I do. I’m being as honest as possible… Anytime someone’s talking about oh, I look good, y’all say I’m doing surgery.”
Her final message left little room for debate: “So shut the f— up; it just gives straight hater… Enjoy your life.”
