Britney Spears is not ready to forgive and forget just yet.
The Princess of Pop appeared to send a very pointed message as it was revealed that celebrity gossip blogger, Perez Hilton, tried to make amends with Spears in the weeks leading up to his hospitalisation.
Posting one of her infamous dancing videos, Spears, 44, went off in the caption.
“See the secret paparazzi hired by media to say he’s a maid n clean Britney Spears home n paid BIG TIME to let paps know when n where she is going so they can do f**ked up photos of her with making her look like she has six tumors around her neck like a foot ball player,” she wrote, adding, “his food was Extremely good .. I was f**king clueless!!!! Nice serve a**wholes but u just wait…….. My f**king father in heaven n hell btw will bring u idiots to ur knees !!!!”
Though Spears’ message wasn’t directed at anyone in particular, the timing was notable.
Last week, Hilton was hospitalised after he appeared to engage in self-harm behaviour during a livestream. The columnist revealed in a pre-recorded episode of Hang Out With Sean Hannity that he reached out to multiple celebrities that he previously targeted, including Spears.
Hilton has long been a critic of Spears. According to the New York Post, he called her an “unfit mother” during her infamous 2007 breakdown.
The outlet also cited other instances. When Heath Ledger died in 2008, Hilton reportedly promoted T-shirts on his website that read, “Why couldn’t it be Britney?”
