The 62-year-old Oscar winner made a surprise appearance Tuesday, September 8, at a Los Angeles screening of the upcoming action thriller at Paramount Pictures Studios, where he reunited with director David Ayer for a post-screening Q&A.
Pitt kept his look low-key for the event, turning up in a blue sweatshirt, jeans and a navy hat. But the real scene-stealer had four legs.
Uber, the canine star who plays Odin in the movie, joined Pitt and Ayer onstage as they answered questions about the film.

Heart of the Beast follows Special Forces officer James Belmont, played by Pitt, after a plane crash leaves him and his combat dog stranded in the Alaskan wilderness.
