Billy Ray Cyrus made a shocking remark on his marrige, calling himself “a very imperfect man.”
On Sunday, May 11, the Achy Breaky Heart singer took to his official Instagram account to mark Mother’s Day, honoring the special women, who made a big difference in his life, including ex-wife Tish Cyrus.
In the reflective post, Billy wished all the women around the world and paid tribute to his mom and grandmother, writing that they “made our family who and what we are.”
He also gave a special shout-out to his pop star daughter Miley Cyrus, praising her “guts” and “courage.”
While calling ex wife Tish “a strong mother,” he admitted that being married to him was not “easy.”
“Trust me I’m the first to admit… being married to me was not easy. I’m very good at making mistakes. A very imperfect man,” Billy remarked.
“Since I was a kid… I had to learn that lesson the hard way. Funny how history repeats itself. Full circle,” he added.
The post came after Billy and Miley reunited at the birthday of her brother Braison.
