‘Avengers: Endgame Encore’ earns $3.8m in previews ahead of re-release

The return to cinemas is designed to build anticipation for Avengers: Doomsday, which is scheduled to arrive in December.The preview performance puts Avengers: Endgame Encore among the weekend’s major new releases.

Robert Pattinson’s Primetime, another new theatrical release, earned $2.7 million from previews.The Endgame encore also comes with Marvel’s new Infinity Vision presentation for selected premium large-format cinemas.

The format is intended to provide audiences with larger screens, laser projection and premium sound for the theatrical experience.The re-release arrives as anticipation builds for Avengers: Doomsday.
