The Federal National Council demanded in its twelfth session held in Abu Dhabi, headed by Saqr Ghobash, the head of the council, the necessity of insurance coverage of fertilization treatments in all emirates of the state. During the discussion of the issue of government policy regarding the promotion of reproductive rates in the country, the Council recommended a review of Cabinet Resolution No. (6) of 1981 regarding the social allowance system and linking the value of the housing installment to the number of family children and the period of payment of loans and reviewing the periods of the status leave and hours of breastfeeding stipulated in Federal Law No. (49) of 2022 regarding human resources in the federal government and in the decree of the Federal Law No. (33) for the year 2021 on regulating labor relations and its amendments. as
