Abdullah bin Zayed confirms the UAE’s support for the role of the “Atomic Energy Agency” axis

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Foreign Affairs, discussed, during a telephone conversation with Raphael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, the cooperation relations between the UAE and the agency and ways to enhance them in various fields. During the call, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan affirmed the UAE’s support for the important and pivotal role played by the International Atomic Energy Agency in promoting the benefit of peaceful nuclear energy technologies to achieve sustainable development, with a complete commitment to the application of international safety standards and the prohibition of proliferation. His Highness indicated that the UAE is proud of its partnership with the agency, which contributed to the development of
