A system for managing documents in “Sharjah Humanitarian Services”

Sharjah: “The Gulf” Dar Al -Duaqa in Sharjah approved the system of managing the private documents of Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services, at the city’s headquarters, within a strategic step aimed at organizing government documents and preserving them in accordance with the best practices and standards approved, in a way that contributes to facilitating the progress of work and ensuring the sustainability of information. The accreditation was signed by Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, head of the Documentation House, and Sheikha Jamila bint Muhammad Al Qasimi, President of Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services, in the presence of Mona Abdul Karim Al -Yafi, Director General of the city, and a number of officials and employees of both sides. A document management system is one of the advanced systems that contribute to building an organized and effective work environment, through
