Donald Trump said that the US is in no rush to end the war with Iran but “the clock is ticking” for Iran.

US President Donald Trump said that the United States is in no rush to end the war with Iran but “the clock is ticking” for Iran.

He claimed that Iran’s navy has been pushed to the bottom of the sea and its air force has been completely destroyed. Trump also said that Iran’s defense system and radar network have been eliminated and that its leadership is no longer intact. He warned that the blockade on Iran is extremely strict and conditions will worsen further.

The US president stated that any deal with Iran would only be made if it benefits the United States and its allies. He added that decisions regarding any agreement will be taken keeping American interests and global peace in mind.

Donald Trump announced approval of a new treatment related to hearing loss, saying significant progress has been made. He said gene therapy could now help treat people who are unable to hear and mentioned a case where a two-and-a-half-year-old child was successfully treated and can now hear.

He also said that steps taken in the health sector are important, adding that even critics would appreciate the progress. Trump further announced that prices of weight-loss medicines have been reduced and that 17 pharmaceutical companies will offer medicines at the lowest prices in the United States.
