PSL franchise Rawalpindi Pindiz confirmed, stating that Naseem suffered a side injury.

LAHORE: Fast bowler Naseem Shah has been ruled out of the Pakistan Super League for an indefinite period after sustaining an injury.

PSL franchise Rawalpindi Pindiz confirmed the development, stating that Naseem suffered a side injury during a match against Karachi Kings.

According to team management, the fast bowler will remain out of action until further notice.

The medical staff is closely monitoring his recovery process, with hopes that he may return in the later stages of the tournament following successful rehabilitation and fitness clearance.

The franchise also expressed full support for Naseem Shah, assuring that the player will receive complete backing during his recovery journey.

Earlier, Rawalpindi fast bowler Naseem Shah has been ruled out of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) match against Islamabad United after sustaining a side strain injury.

According to sources, Naseem Shah underwent an MRI scan a day earlier, after which doctors advised him to rest for several days.

The injury means the paceman will miss the important fixture against Islamabad United.

Team management is assessing the situation, while medical supervision continues for the player’s early recovery.
