His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him”, sent a congratulatory telegram to His Eminence, Bishop Joan Enrique Vivos Cytlia, the prince participating in the Emirate of Andorra, on the occasion of the National Day.
