Uli Hoeneß makes bold claim about Bayern’s Michael Olise and Lamine Yamal

The Bayern Munich chief said that the Frenchman is currently better than Lamine Yamal, and that the team heavily relies on the winger’s attacking output to win matches. It is significant that neither Olise nor his management has openly confirmed that the 2026/2027 season will be his last in a Bayern Munich shirt.

The question for Olise is of course whether Bayern are in a position to grant every wish he personally hopes for.

PSG’s dominance in Ligue 1 would help the French international maintain his stellar form in the Champions League similar to his life in Germany. It is a valid argument that the relentless pace of the Premier League would deter potential players, particularly footballers accustomed to fewer operational hurdles at home.

But English football still remains a highly compelling proposition.

Liverpool too within this framework, continues to be an exceptionally prestigious organization to be associated with.On social platform X, users have been responding with one writing, “ Better than Yamal and yet he always lost with both his teams while playing against Yamal and also performed worse individually in those games.”Second remarked, “ Yamal does all of that and much more way better.

Everybody is better than Lamine Yamal until it's actually time to be better than him.”Third added, “What I’m hearing is that Yamal is the standard.

Compare this guy with anyone else and nobody listens to you.

You need Yamal to get people’s attention.” Uli Hoeneß makes bold claim about Bayern's Michael Olise and Lamine Yamal October 25, 2026.
