Britney Spears left fans devastated as she recently announced final retirement from the music industry, washing away fans’ hopes burning for a long time.
The 44-year-old pop icon has now left jaws ajar with a new update, contradicting her earlier news.
The Toxic hitmaker revealed that she has two projects in works, expecting a release later this year.
The news shook social media with surprise as fans had begun to come to terms with the exit announcement.
Flocking to the comments, fans wrote, “New Britney music after 10yrs is gonna be a huge comeback imo,” and “Britney I love you and I respect your decision but please pick one.”
A third chimed in to add, “shes allowed to change her mind but girl two projects after the retirement speech,” and “we aren’t expecting her to do anything if she doesn’t want to but I can’t say hearing her deciding to not make music was so depressing to hear. But only if SHE is happy and wants to drop then I’m here for it,” wrote another.
