Ben Stiller just dropped a clue for the third season of Severance, which fans have been anticipating since the second season ended.
The 60-year-old famed director took to X and shared a cryptic picture which appeared to be from the Lumon hallways from the show, and shared a quote by the Lumon founder, Kier Eagan.
The caption read, ‘“To return to work is to return home.” Kier Eagan.’
Despite the ambiguity of the post, Stiller caught the internet by the storm as fans began piecing together when the third season would air.
The streaming site for the show, Apple TV, also shared the same picture and wrote, “Please frolic in moderation.”
Fans in frenzy flocked to the comments and penned, “@BenStiller made me run to @AppleTV to make sure you didn’t release the next season, I’m ready,” and “Please tell me this means s3 is finally shooting.”
Another added, “my innie’s about to clock in and i’m not ready,” and “IM SO SAT,” chimed in another.
While more wrote, “STAY WITH SEVERANCE BEN!!!! You need to keep directing it!” referring to his earlier decision to step away from direction duties while he continues to write and executive produce the show.
