Reports of strikes on bases in Kuwait and Bahrain, including Ali Al Salem and Sheikh Isa.
Iran has claimed that it has targeted US military bases and naval assets across the region in response to recent American strikes, further escalating already heightened tensions in the Middle East.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said that a missile attack was carried out on a US military base in Erbil, Iraq, where radar systems were allegedly hit.
Iranian officials also claimed that clashes between Iranian and US forces are ongoing near the Strait of Hormuz, one of the world’s most critical energy routes.

In its statement, the IRGC further said that US naval vessels positioned near the Strait of Hormuz were struck using missiles and drones. It also claimed responsibility for operations targeting 18 US military installations across the region.
According to the statement, bases in Kuwait, including Ali Al Salem Air Base and Ahmed Al Jaber Air Base, as well as Sheikh Isa Air Base in Bahrain, were also hit. Iran said the first phase of its missile and drone operations had been completed.
Iranian authorities warned that any attempt by the United States to destabilize or endanger the Strait of Hormuz would be met with additional measures to protect its national and regional interests.
The claims come amid rapidly escalating tensions in the Gulf region, where both sides continue to exchange accusations, military actions, and warnings, raising concerns over a broader regional confrontation.
