Xbox CEO Asha Sharma spoke about her first 100 days in charge and shared her plans for the future. She said the company has made strong progress in a short time and is working to improve the Xbox brand.

Sharma said the Xbox team has introduced several new features and reduced the price of Game Pass. She added that the company is also working to build a stronger relationship with players and the gaming community. Speaking about the future, Sharma said she wants Xbox to become the world’s leading gaming and entertainment company by 2030. She said the company aims to attract more players and expand its reach in the years ahead.

The Xbox chief said they will focus on rebuilding and growing the business. According to her, the company wants to bring more people to the Xbox platform and strengthen its position in the gaming industry. Sharma said Xbox has achieved more in the past 100 days than it did during the previous year. She noted that Game Pass has returned to growth after an eight month decline. She also said player retention has improved following recent changes.

Earlier, Sharma warned that the company may need to make some difficult decisions. She said Xbox is facing supply issues, changing business conditions, and weaker consumer confidence. She also criticized some past Game Pass decisions, saying they had hurt subscription numbers. However, she added that a recent price cut for the Game Pass Ultimate tier has helped keep more users on the service.
