ISPR says armed forces pray for peace, prosperity and national cohesion.

RAWALPINDI: Field Marshal Asim Munir, along with the Chief of Naval Staff and Chief of Air Staff, has extended Eid ul Adha greetings to the nation, conveying best wishes for peace, prosperity and national unity on the occasion.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the military leadership paid rich tribute to the sacrifices of Pakistan’s martyrs, law enforcement agencies and citizens, acknowledging their role in ensuring the country’s security and stability.

The armed forces described Eid ul Adha as a symbol of sacrifice, faith and unity, stating that its message reinforces the values of brotherhood, compassion and selflessness across society.

They also offered special prayers for lasting peace, national cohesion and prosperity, expressing hope for continued progress and stability in the country.

Reaffirming their commitment, the military leadership said the armed forces remain fully prepared to defend Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity at all times.

The statement added that the sacrifices of martyrs and their families remain a source of national pride and strength, forming the foundation of a secure and resilient Pakistan.
