Transport services in Rawalpindi have been restored, with metro bus operations resuming and roads into and out of the city reopening for traffic.
Security measures that were put in place due to the United States-Iran peace negotiations have now been relaxed, allowing normal life in the city to gradually return.
The metro bus service running between Rawalpindi and Islamabad has resumed, along with e-bus services on different routes within Rawalpindi to facilitate passengers.
Public transport services that were earlier suspended across the city have also been allowed to operate again. However, Faizabad and Pirwadhai General Bus Stand will remain closed until further notice.
