    Karachi Kings chase down 200 to beat Lahore Qalandars

    LAHORE: Karachi Kings secured a thrilling five-wicket victory over Lahore Qalandars in the 35th match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 11 at Gaddafi Stadium.

    Chasing a competitive target of 200 runs, Karachi Kings reached 200/5 in the 19th over. Captain David Warner led from the front with an unbeaten 63-run knock, while Khushdil Shah played a blistering cameo of 44 not out of just 14 balls. Moeen Ali contributed 39 runs, while Salman Ali Agha added 14.

    For Lahore Qalandars, Ubaid Shah claimed three wickets, while Daniel Sams and Haris Rauf picked up one wicket each.

    Earlier, Lahore Qalandars posted 199/6 in their 20 overs after being invited to bat first. Abdullah Shafique scored 62 off 36 balls, while Fakhar Zaman made 61 off 41 deliveries. Sikandar Raza remained unbeaten on 18, while Daniel Sams chipped in with 20 runs.

    For Karachi Kings, Moeen Ali took two wickets, while Hassan Ali and Rizwanullah claimed one wicket each.

    Earlier in the day, Rawalpindi cricket team ended their losing streak with a win over Islamabad United.
